"We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend."

"We’ve just had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa - we were a group of 7 and it felt spacious with room to spare. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. "We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

"A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets."

"The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. "This property is fantastic. The room was lovely, overlooking the port. Windows in the main room and the bathroom afforded great views. The extra touches were great. Bottled water, snacks, coffee and tea,nice bathroom products, all made the stay so pleasant. We ate dinner in the dining room. Delicious meal and attentive staff. I’d like to give a shout out to the front desk staff, fabulous. We will certainly stay here again"
