Top floor room which was adequate for our one night stay to see a band locally. The adjoining Pub was excellent. Our only gripe was there was no hot water at 9 am despite running taps for several minutes.

Property is in a good area close to the town centre and the beach across from the tram down to the seafront.Room was clean and tidy with a comfortable double bed although you could hear passing traffic and the seagulls if your a light sleeper. Breakfast the next day was freshly cooked with a choice of cereal, fruit juice and fresh coffee. All in all a good place to stay at a reasonable price

Location was great, close to beach and amenities. Bar staff were friendly. Breakfast staff were very inattentive, food was inedible - all meat items burnt and egg uncooked, hash brown was charred black - I would have been embarrassed to serve it.

Well located in the centre of Scarborough and close to all shopping and amenities. A few minutes walk and you’re down on the seafront, funicular available for those who don’t dance the walk back up.
Parking is always a pain in Scarborough but there’s an NCP car park across the road (£12 for 24 hours as at June 2025).
Breakfast was well cooked and filling.
