"The couch in my room was stained with blood or feces and the room had such a strong odor, I got a headache. When we voiced our concerns to the front desk, we were told there was nothing they could do other than spray more chemicals. I brought couch cushion to lobby and asked to speak to the general manager and this is when I am given another room. No apology. Whole hotel smelled terrible."

"The lobby reeked of pwrfume ans my husband has severe asthma,the smell.waa so strong we cohls taste it. After checking in went out shopping and after we rerturned the smell was so strong in our room we had ro check out at 9pm and scramble to find another hotel. The manager did apologize and assured us we wouldn't be changed amd i let her know that she really should have a fairly scent free lobby For thoae like my hisband that has severe reactions ro stromg smells."

"Currently doing renovations so main lobby closed and used small entrance. Booked room with balcony but unfortunately it rained during the day before we got there and the chair pillows were left out to get soaked. Finally dried out by morning but made the balcony less appealing. Nice room, big bed and great TV. No parking (and valet parking is $45/night which seems excessive). No room service but plenty of great restaurants 4 minutes away on foot. Highly recommend "Elizabeth" around the corner on Wharf Street."

"The room was minimal clean. Dish’s and drawers dirt glasses were stuck to shelves Evening and night were very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff was very loud and rude in am."

"The staff was really nice and they have a really good full breakfast, eggs, bacon, quiche, cottage cheese with fruit cups, waffles etc. The only down side was the place looked a little run down and not as clean as I would expect a Marriott property to be. Also the pillows weren't very supportive. The bed was nice and clean though. Oh and be very carefully pulling in left especially during 5pm rush hour traffic. There are 2 lanes you have to cross and the cars can come up fast. I almost got hit going in. So an average stay."
