Amazing, got to be the best B&B in Scarborough. Used for a one night stopover, definitely need to return for a longer stay.
Comfortable room, great staff and breakfast an absolute feast.
Lovely large victorian house with all the original detailing decorated beautifully our room 4 was very large ample storage and modern shower room rebecca was a fantastic host and the breakfast was brilliant we will be staying again
Great place with excellent staff and the food and rooms were excellent and worth 5 stars. We are a couple 59 and 64 years old we will be recommending this to family and friends and will be returning.
Very friendly welcome, help taking the suitcases upstairs, nice bedroom with plenty of drink sachets and toiletries. Very comfy bed. Absolutely fantastic breakfast with plenty of options for vegetarians. Great location neat to the south side cliffs. Handy for the main town.

Very nice b&b lovely staff very good breakfast bedroom was very spacious but up three flights of stairs every toiletry you could ever need provided lovely and clean. Big shout out to Rebecca wonderful host.
The B&B was in a beautiful old house. All clean and well looked after. The breakfast was delicious - home made granola and berries followed by freshly cooked full English and homemade marmalade on toast. Hosts were very welcoming. Throughly recommend.
Located in a quiet side street about a 10 min walk from the edge of town so away from any noise. Accommodation was pleasant and clean. Breakfast was between 8.30 & 9.00 on a pre-order basis (so not a buffet) all of which we liked as it avoided waste.
A great experience. The hostess greeted us outside and made sure we found free parking. The room and en-suite were exceptionally clean! The beds were comfy and nice toiletries were a treat! The hostess ensured we had everything we need and was available throughout our stay. Lots of information provided in the room. The free breakfast was amazing quality! Cooked to perfection! There were different options you could choose from. Perfect stay, would stay again.
Rebecca the owner is a very polite helpful and caring lady! If you have any questions just ask! the property is very clean and tidy and non smoking! Our bedroom was excellent with a great double bed with a beautiful shower and bathroom! and tea making facilities in the room the breakfast was outstanding she certainly takes care of her guests highly recommended!!
I stayed for one night at The Cordelia as a solo traveller, and chose this hotel as it was conveniently located and looked great in the photos. I was not disappointed! From the moment I arrived, Rebecca was most welcoming. I was given a dis for the car parking on the road and was shown to my room which was warm and cosy with lovely decoration and a homely touch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The property on the whole is beautiful and has some really lovely decoration. I walked into the town centre which took about 15 mins but there are plenty of car parks in town also. I really enjoyed this trip and if I return to Scarborough I would stay here again!
This is a really good little hotel: it is comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the owners who staff the hotel are friendly, professional and helpful. There is a system for pre-booking breakfast that ensures minimum waste and piping hot, individually prepared food, made with high quality ingredients. Only breakfast is provided in the dining room, but the couple offer cheese/meat or combination platters delivered to your room for consumption during the evening. I ordered the cheese one which came with five different cheeses, locally sourced, crusty bread, several types of crackers, pickled onions, olives, two different chutneys, walnuts and dried apricots - a real feast. The hotel is only a couple of hundred yards from the cliff top which provides spectacular views of South Bay.
James and Rebecca own and run the small, friendly Cordelia. Situated on South Cliff, the Tramway down to the Spa is just along from the bottom of the street. On street parking is free - we were given the necessary cards and disc on arrival. James welcomed us and, after showing us the ground floor guest lounge, showed us to our room, which was really spacious. The bed was king size, there were two easy chairs, flat screen tv with remote, a tray set up for tea, coffee and biscuits and an en suite with toilet, wash basin with loads of toiletries, a shower cubicle and the largest bath towels I have ever seen! Breakfast was substantial, In addition to the usual fruit juice, cereals, toast and jam, you could order a fruit bowl with fresh, sliced banana, strawberry, grape and melon - very refreshing, smashed avocado with grilled haloumi on toast with a poached egg, a generous slice of smoked salmon and scrambled egg on a toasted bagel or compose your own "full english" Although dinner was not served, you can order a Supper Plate consisting of 5 cheeses or meats with crusty bread and butter, assorted crackers, nuts, apricots, pickled onions, olives and various relished. This is served in your room. James and Rebecca are very welcoming and chatty. Nice touches include thick slices of buttered date and walnut cake as a welcome on arrival, colour coded towel sets -1 set white and 1 coloured so no "is this mine our yours?". Top of our list to return, it is is 10/10 from us
