「Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und super service」

「The hotel asked us to pay again when we checked out. It does not make sense to ask a traveling guest to bear the burden of providing payment evidence. It ruined the good mood of travel in the following days. 」

「The staff were so kind and very helpful. We did not partake in the breakfast, looked good though. They were kind enough to bring a hot water kettle to my room so I could make my tea. An extra they had was a bowl of fresh fruit near the elevator and some individual wrapped candies you could take with you. Beautiful hotel, quiet and centrally located you can walk into town. 「I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)」

「Very good location,all kinds of shops, department stores, restaurants are within walking distance, public transportations are also very nearby.
