"Arrival - plenty of noisy guest workers in lobby. Very unfriendly guy at the reception - playing with his phone while making check-in. Corridor- smell of Indian take away on the floor. Room - rather clean, but broken window, impossible to close it, not funny in November. Couldn’t sleep in this hotel. "

"Room was cosy, clean and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, despite being on a fairly main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location within walking distance to the centre of Brussels. Good value for money. Several options for breakfast at different price points. The croissants were delicious!"
