The front desk staff ( from check-in to check-out and everyone in between), every one of them were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed them. While we were in Brussels, we took a local train to Braine L'Alleud station to visit Waterloo battlefield/Lion's Mound. The museum was excellent and climbing 225 steps was worth the trouble. I will recommend the hotel."
