“The staff is friendly and professional. Most of them do speak three languages: French, English, and German. My room is clean and functional. The hotel is not far from downtown. You can take "Tram B," which station, Futura Glacière, is just in front of the hotel. If you don't want to spend 12 euro breakfast in the hotel, there are a MacDonald and a coffee shop near the hotel. There is also a supermarket which locates 30-second walk distance. The only inconvenience is that you need to take 15……

“The lock on the door is broken and the door closer is broken. I had to push the screws in so that I can close the door. I didn't feel secure in the hotel; also, the elevator was not working as well. I had to go back to the car to leave the luggage and get a few things so I can get over for one night.”

“Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic.
Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work.
On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each……
