“Had been travelled over 10 years but never been charged for asking hot water! My parents were over 75, they would like some hot water for drinking. Due to no cups nor water boiler in the room, we asked for the hot water from the owner nicely. It came out to be..$0.5 euro per 400 ml. You can do your own judgement whether it is reasonable or not. (Asked during working hours)”

“Everything was wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The restaurant was amazing! Delicious food and wonderful staff as well, and the atmosphere in there was so nice. We enjoyed the stream rooms and saunas one night. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the town of Mutters, with Innsbruk in the background and the stunning mountains surrounded everything like a postcard. Travel to and from the hotel into Innsbruk and the ski resorts was very easy with public……

The food and service in the restaurant was excellent and, although it is tucked away from city noise and lights of Innsbruck, it is a very easy and short drive into the city. And the views of the Alps from your room are fantastic. ”
