The convenience of location, the size/layout of the house and the beauty of the property made it the perfect place to come home and relax from long baseball days! We will come back when our younger son plays here! ”

“Location, location, location and free parking. Perfect. Having a stress fracture I appreciated being close to the Baseball Hall of Fame, great restaurants, and fun shopping. Room was basic with everything we needed: smart tv, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron. Everything was sparkling clean. Staff very helpful over the phone and in person. Will stay there again.”

“Here's the run down: this is a relatively well kept property for it's age (150 yrs old!). It's a very small 2 story house with a quite large backyard. The exterior views of the house are from the backyard although the living room faces the front.Parking is limited as the garage was not accessible to host a minivan. There is only 1 bathroom which is on the 1st floor with the sleeping quarters primarily on the 2nd floor. If you are older then not having a bathroom within a few steps of your……

“Great property and location! We loved the home; it reminded me of the farmhouse I grew up in. ”

“This property was just right for us and our family. Coffee on the front porch in the mornings and cocktails while watching the sunset was just what we needed! The water entry is mucky, so I recommend bringing water shoes. We did a lot of floating on floats (which we brought), and enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards (which were provided). We had a great time!”

“We had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and perfect for our trip to Cooperstown for my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park, right up the road. It’s baseball-themed, which my kids absolutely loved, such a fun touch! While the house is on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was a great home base for our time at the ballpark.
