The Residence, surrounded by the green of the Mediterranean vegetation and by a crystalline sea, is a good starting point for a tour of the whole western Sicily, in the centre of one of the most beautiful and interesting archaeological areas of the world, between "selinunte" and "Valle dei Templi" in Agrigento.
The privileged position of the structure allows both holidays full of sea and relax and fascinating excursions. You can easily reach some important places as the impressive "Scala dei Turchi", the beaches of "menfi" and "Eraclea Minoa" and the natural reserves of "Torre Salsa", "belice" and "zingaro".

The Apartment is 4 km far from the old town center and from the port of Sciacca, a tourist city full of ancient palaces which show all its domination, there are its precious ceramics, handmade by potter artisans, and there is its famous pink coral. Moreover, Sciacca is renowned for its great culinary culture, originated by the local agricultural productions.
The key position render the Residence the ideal starting point to visit for example “ Valle dei Templi “ in Agrigento the archaeological park in Selinunte, the Temple of Segesta, the numerous natural reserves as “Torre Salsa” and the park of “zingaro”, the wild beaches of “Eraclea Minoa”, “Scala dei Turchi” and “menfi” and the isle of “mothia” in Marsala.
On arrival, our guests will be able to park your car inside the residence, relax in the shade of the pine forest and enjoy the beautiful views.
Families will entertain children in designated areas for games; for the older ones are available tennis courts / grass soccer, also will compete in exciting games of table tennis and table football. During their stay, guests can use the barbecue made available to them, and delight in delicious grilled fresh fish of Sciacca.
Upon arrival guests will be provided some useful information on the most popular destinations to visit in the area.
It is included in the stay the bedding and, on request, the bathroom to euro 8,00 per person per change. Will be provided to tourists password access to the internet.
