The DELICIOUS meals offered cost ALOT of extra $.

While we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food cooked for us by Claudio, we did NOT realize that it would cost us an extra 35€ per person - which added an extra 140€ to our bill. Be forewarned!!! It is NOT included in the cost for the VRBO - like we had thought.....

Wir haben das Haus mit der Lagebeschreibung nicht gefunden, da der Standort falsch angegeben wurde. Somit ist das Haus auch nicht wie beschrieben in 3 Min zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt, sondern ca 30 Min.Die vielen Bilder und Ausstattungsmerkmale sind nicht eindeutig beschrieben.Letztendlich hat für uns der Gesamteindruck nicht gestimmt und wir sind nach der 1 Nacht wieder abgereist.Eine Spülmaschine oder das 3. Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht gefunden.Esszimmer/Aufenthaltsraum und Bad sind recht eng.Über der Eingangstür hängt eine Kamera, gleich neben den Gartenliegen, den Innenhof teilt man mit dem Besitzer. Alles etwas zuwenig Privatsphäre.

Wir waren als Familie, vier Erwachsene und ein Kind, 14 Tage im September bei Claudio zu Gast. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es ist eine schöne ruhige Gegend. Claudio ist sehr Gastfreundlich und in allen Lagen Hilfsbereit. Claudio hat uns gute Restaurants und Ausflugsziele empfohlen und mit Köstlichkeiten aus seinem schönen, gepflegten Garten verwöhnt. Zum schönen ruhigen Sandstrand mit Strandbar und flach abfallendem Strand ins warme saubere Wasser sind es zu Fuß 1,7 km die man in einer guten halben Stunde schafft. Sonntags ist es am Strand etwas voller. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Claudios kleiner Hund der Mario hat uns morgens immer lieb begrüßt. Wenn es aus Deutschland nicht so weit wäre würden wir das Haus öfter mieten.

Das Appartement ist super sauber, man hat alles, was man benötigt. Sehr ruhig gelegen in einem wunderschönen Garten. Claudio ist sehr gastfreundlich und wir haben jeden Tag Obst und Gemüse aus seinem eigenen Anbau bekommen. Perfekter Aufenthalt, gerne wieder

schöner Garten

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöner Garten mit vielen Rosen . Wir haben meistens draußen gefrühstückt da hat man die Autos auf der Stasse oberhalb gehört, später war es aber sehr ruhig. Da wir aber Frühaufsteher sind werden die meisten die Autos beim frühstücken nicht mehr hören. Claudio ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat uns jeden Tag mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus seinem Garten versorgt. Er war auch immer da wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Der schöne Strand war schnell erreichbar,mit dem Rad 5 min. ,da hat da hatund den Sonnenaufgang

Ein Gastgeber der keine Wünsche offen lässt

Wir hatten ein sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit bei Claudio. Er war immer um unser Wohlergehen bemüht und stand uns immer mit Ratschlägen zur Seite. Es war eine wunderschöne ruhige Woche in Donnalucata. Claudio versorgte uns mit leckeremObst aus seinem Garten. Auch sein Hund Mario haben wir ins Herz geschlossen. Danke für die schöne Zeit und für das knacken der Kokosnuss.

Relax

Schöne Anlage mit liebevoll gepflegtem Garten, der vollumfänglich benutzt werden kann. Ideal zum Entspannen. Der Gastgeber Claudio ist zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig zurückhaltend: Wer plaudern will, kann, wer seine Ruhe haben will, hat sie. Perfekt! Auf Wunsch kocht Claudio (sehr gut!), ist aber Null Verpflichtung. Eine Freude ist auch das quirlige, absolut zutrauliche Hündchen Mario. Die Anlage liegt ausserhalb der Dorfes, ein Fahrzeug ist also notwendig. Tipp zum auswärts essen: Restaurant Mezzaparola in Donnalucata. Ausgezeichnete Meerküche (reservieren empfohlen). Einfach perfekt !

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, an Ausstattung ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Vor allem der grüne und gepflegte Garten (mit über 300 Rosenstöcken…!) beeindruckt, der Gemüsegarten darf auch durch die Gäste benutzt werden. Claudio ist ein unauffälliger, aber sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat mit dem kleinen Hund Mario eine perfekte „Verstärkung“ ! Dazu ist Claudio ein sehr guter Koch, der abends nach Absprache die Gäste auch kulinarisch verwöhnt. Wir machen seit vielen Jahren Urlaub in Ferienhäusern oder -Wohnungen, das hier war eine der besten jemals !
