「I arrived a bit early. Nobody wS there, save a sign and two phone numbers to call. I reached someone, and was asked to wait a few minutes. A bit later, i checked in. Bags were carried for me. and i was shown how the electric worked. A nice touch was the cooked to order complimentary breakfast the next morning. Save for those first few minutes, my stay was fine.」

「Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast.」

「The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. The manager and chef provided recommendations for places to visit by car. We enjoyed our stay here, part of a longer touring...

「The room was clean as although dated. We intended to have evening meal but when we sat in the bar/restaurant area for 10 minutes, we observed utter chaos with no leadership of staff. The Bar person was uninterested with no urgency. The bar was full of unwashed empty glasses. No way to run a bar. We left and ate elsewhere. We would not recommend this hotel.」

「What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...
