We thought the bed was too soft for our taste. Lights on both sides of the bed are controlled by the switch which also controls the light on the entry way, therefore to turn off the bed side lamps you have to get out bed and turn off the switch in the entry.

This was a very unique hotel. From the outside, it certainly didn’t look like much, but inside was quite different! Very pretty inside! The only thing I’d say is it needs more overhead lighting -kind of ‘dark’ inside - but that lower lighting was part of the overall vibe. Not a deal breaker! Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a bar and tv on the first level which was a nice area to hang out in downtime. Breakfast was average but I knew that going in. Very simple, basic. We only stayed one night so not really a problem for us. The room was CLEAN and well maintained. The hotel was CLEAN and quiet! I would stay there again if ever in the area.

This hotel is a gem in the Scottsbluff/Gering area. It is absolutely gorgeous and has fun amenities like an adult game room, boutique, and roof top patio. Our room was wonderful and the entire place was spotless. I would definitely recommend staying at Hotel 21!
