「Really clean room & the gentleman in reception on arrival was really helpful and polite. The breakfast offered has a great selection however there wasn’t anybody in reception to greet me in the morning so was unsure on the process. My bed had a hole in it where the springs had dropped through meaning I barely slept all night.
