“Absolutely a beautiful comfy place to stay.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place.”

“This hotel is in need of updating and repairs. The pool was closed. The workout room had minimal equipment. Our hotel room A/C wasn’t working very well. The hotel is west of the bridge from downtown which is a convenient location, but the surrounding neighborhood doesn’t seem very safe.”

“The hotel is nice but the rooms are very run down. Bathroom in the room needs a lot of work. Had almost no hot water. Toilet made lots of noise when flushed. ”

“Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. ”

“This was a terrible place to stay! It was. Dirty pool lighting , felt very unsafe super super dirty And smelly poor lighting probably to keep me from seeing little black bedbugs crawling around everywhere. Also i saw literally saw a mouse crawl out of my luggage upon arriving at my home. I am a very clean person and i aam mortified. I bought traps 10 min after arriving as soon as Got home and saw that. I already called pest control to come. Ridiculous I am regretting my choice to stay here.”

“The manager was real nice and very helpful. I don’t know why but I didn’t have any hot water in my shower. That was not great having to shower with cold water. Overall the stay was ok. ”

“The property was lovely. The rooms were extremely clean, but what made my experience top-tier….. Were the employees!!! There were three people that I saw working during my stay. They were all African-American. There was a Lady, a younger gentleman and an older gentleman. All of them were just wonderful. I wasn’t a fan of the parking situation, but it was in downtown so it is what it is but due to how wonderful the staff was I’d come back again even though I didn’t enjoy the parking situation.……

“Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! ”
