"What a fantastic property and lovely location, we booked The Cart Shed as a base for visiting York, the amazing Aquarium in Hull and the nearby town of Beverley which is such a lovely town with all the shops and eateries you would want. Staying here would also be a relaxing and peaceful place for a break. The Cart Shed has everything you need, just pack your clothes and enjoy the experience. Will definitely be returning!"

"Decided to take a short break with kids to York and found the milking parlour Wheldrake online. From our arrival we were blown away with the place it was the perfect family cottage. The hosts were easy to contact on the way down, the cottage itself is in the centre of the milking sheds now converted to lovely holiday cottages which are bright, spacious and clean. "This was a lovely cottage for our Christmas break, perfect for 2 adults and a dog. Maintained to a high standard and catered for all our needs. We'd like to return in Spring/Summer to further explore the area. Owners were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. "Absolutely lovely little cottage in the most quiet location, once Judy had shown us around the cottage we were left alone to come and go as we pleased, the cottage is faultlessly clean with everything you need,it is so peaceful I had the best sleep id had in years Highly recommend and we will definitely be using this again as our son is at university in York and it's close enough to pop in and out of the city"

"We stayed now on two occasions on our journeys north & south to Scotland. The bungalow is easily accessible not too far from the A1 & there are good convenience facilities just off the A1 roundabout less than 4 miles from Austerfield. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas & excellent beds & bedding. The location is in a secure park with intriguing deer statues in several places. Well recommended for short or long stays."
