"Nice room, nice staff but amenities were very weak - especially considering the cost of the room. Kleenex was only provided upon request! The hotel is in the historic district. The area is overrun by tourists, thus the high price for the room. Also, while the doors lock at night, the elevators don’t have a key access so anyone can get to any floor. Nice enough but I wouldn’t stay there again for the price, location, and lack of security."

"Lovely breakfast. Large clean room. However the room discription on expedia that I booked for upgrade does not exist so dont waste money on upgrade ( extra $100). Young man working in hotel lobby was delightful and very friendly. "

"Iit was very nice experience. Everyone was super, serve you with a smile. The manger Maria Herrera was very helpful for our needs i the hotel located in the heart of action and quiet at night. All felt safe."

"We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast."

"Even though the property appears to be rated as a 4 star it’s a real stretch in my opinion. Fantastic location, friendly employees but the physical property is in dire need of a renovation if they want to consider it a 4 star property."
