“The hotel was wonderful, small boutique hotel with no real amenities but the option of using the sister hotel amenities was perfect. The "breakfast included" is a bit misleading but I had read about it from other reviews so I was not surprised. Muffin or danish, coffee or tea is really what they offer. Otherwise totally enjoyed the hotel, it was quiet and comfortable!”

“The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there.”

“We choose the Empress because it’s a few hundred feet from the Stone Pony and the beach. What a pleasant stay we had there!! It was clean, great pool area, wonderful staff, and free parking in their lot. My daughters loved the attached nightclub and we all loved the continental breakfast offered on weekends. Our room was on the 3rd floor, so we did hear music from the nightclub but it didn't keep us awake. You couldn't hear voices, or songs, only the beat of the music. A great stay and we will……
