“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come……

“It was standard. Pool was out of order ”

“No microwave in room. One microwave at the downstairs checkin area. Breakfast was minimal. Mostly carbs..bagels, cereal and muffins. Only protein was a boiled egg. Had a 3x3 refig in home. Barely kept anything cold even after turning up dial. Hotel did have a washer and dryer which was very nice. Parking was very limited. Hotel is pet friendly so be ready for baking dogs when owners go out to dinner.”

“We just stayed at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort and wow! Seriously 5/5 stars. I have nothing to complain about. Everything was amazing. Went to HH prime for breakfast buffet one day and Daniel, our waiter, was AMAZING as well as the food being top notch. Went daily to the palmetto market for an iced chai that was honestly one of the best I’ve had (not a fan of the paper straws but i get it hahaha). The housekeeping was BEYOND phenomenal. So thorough, so quick, stocked us up on……

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were amazing, mattresses and the pillows were super comfortable. The coffee shop on the property was excellent and a great bonus during our. We would stay here again!”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”
