"I loved this cozy house. The side facing the ocean is 100% windows. The deck, tho small, is perfect for morning coffee and sunset wine. The best stocked rental I’ve ever encountered - from high quality cookware to spices and even office supplies. Comfy furniture. Lots of lights in living area but none strong enough to read. But that was ok - I watched the giant tv! And nice not having to drive into Gualala on arrival. Never used the pool but loved the roomy hot tub."

"Our host was very responsive and helpful, and check in and out was a very straightforward. The house is located in a great spot (close the bluff trail for an easy walk to cliffs to watch the sunsets and hiking) on the north side of Sea Ranch - and a short drive to the Lodge and even closer to Gualala, and only one hour to Mendocino on Highway 1. The house and all the amenities were in working order and we very much enjoyed our stay! "

The house was very comfortable for me, my wife, and two teenaged sons. The kitchen has everything one needs. The beds are comfortable. The living space is cozy with great light, especially at sunset. Lovely forest trails are within very short walking distance of the house. And the hot tub is the perfect place to watch the stars while reflecting on a perfect day. "
