Cozy ocean-front home perfect for the holidays
We were looking for something more traditional in Sea Ranch - exposed wood, loved and lived in, dog-friendly, and most importantly - near the ocean. The photos are accurate, and the view is incredible. It’s dog friendly but you wouldn’t know it - no evidence animals were there previously. Lots of fun puzzles and games, and it’s right on the long coastal ridge walking trail! We had the best time watching a huge storm roll in through the picture windows. The furniture is relatively new and everything was clean. We’ve already recommended this home to several friends and I would stay here again.

Great location and dog friendly!
Located adjacent to the bluff trail, this property is perfect for its view and for walking. Two small beaches close by were accessible by stairs, and one was nicely protected from the prevailing wind. The house comfortably met all of our needs and the recreation centers at the Sea Ranch are a bonus for active families!

Older Sea Ranch home in an incredible location! Fantastic views and short walk to beach access. 4 bedrooms slept 2 families comfortably. Kids loved the bunk beds!

Great Multi-Generation Escape
The house was as advertised in an excellent location facing the coastline, right off the Bluff Trail and Pebble Beach. Our group of 7 included Grandma, her two daughters and their husbands, two grandsons and one well-behaved German Shepherd. We all slept well in our own spaces, spent hours looking for whales from inside or outside the house and enjoyed our home-cooked meals. Three nights was not long enough!

As others have said, the view is unbeatable!
If you are looking for a relaxing place with an amazing view for a group of eight you cannot beat this place. If you are looking for a place with amazing amenities this is not the place for you. The double beds are comfortable, but small for most couples. The bunk beds are not as comfortable. Everything you need is included, but most spaces could use updating. We really enjoyed our stay though, and we were happy to ring in the New Year at the Comstock Retreat. I would definitely rent again for the opportunity To sit in a comfy living room and enjoy the view.
