「The neighborhood was a bit concerning at first and I didn't know if we would find the right place. However, the host gave detailed instructions on finding the house which I am grateful for. It was smaller than I anticipated but it was clean and quiet. It is the downstairs basement area of a house, so be aware you will have upstairs neighbors. 「I ABSOLUTELY loved the stay! Very clean and very warm filling. The only thing I would change is putting a long rug at the entry way and towards the kitchen. (I fell coming in) floors are slippery. Nice patio, ok communication, nice amenities, loved the fish tank (entertainment for my 1 and 2yr old) Upon checking in, ask for the WiFi login and password it is not available until you ask. Very comfy bedding I slept like a baby…LOL I would highly recommend. Thanks!」

「Overall a good stay and we had a good time and enjoyed the house. Location was good for us as we had some activities in Seattle and some in Tacoma. Just a couple of suggestions to make it a 5 star. Kitchen would be nicer with a few things that we wished were there. Hot pads for the oven, wash cloths and more kitchen towels would have been nice, also a pair of tongs would have been good. Minor things really, but would be nice. Could use a bit more seating in the family room for those like us...

「I would highly recommend this place! It was very clean and the owner was very accommodating to our needs and her response time to answer questions was excellent. One of the very nice benefits to staying here was the nice little amenities that we there. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent for the washer, coffee/tea bar and even a few items were left from prior renters (butter, ketchup, spices and oil). 「Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. 「We had a great stay. Location was great and walkable to a lot of close restaurants and sights. Great coffee at Lladro and late night burgers at Dicks!
