“The neighborhood was a bit concerning at first and I didn't know if we would find the right place. However, the host gave detailed instructions on finding the house which I am grateful for. It was smaller than I anticipated but it was clean and quiet. It is the downstairs basement area of a house, so be aware you will have upstairs neighbors. I wouldn't recommend it for people who are over 6 feet tall, there's a low ceiling. Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay and located not……

“I would highly recommend this place! It was very clean and the owner was very accommodating to our needs and her response time to answer questions was excellent. One of the very nice benefits to staying here was the nice little amenities that we there. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent for the washer, coffee/tea bar and even a few items were left from prior renters (butter, ketchup, spices and oil). This was great since we stayed in to cook one night and didn't have to buy……

“Overall a good stay and we had a good time and enjoyed the house. Location was good for us as we had some activities in Seattle and some in Tacoma. Just a couple of suggestions to make it a 5 star. Kitchen would be nicer with a few things that we wished were there. Hot pads for the oven, wash cloths and more kitchen towels would have been nice, also a pair of tongs would have been good. Minor things really, but would be nice. Could use a bit more seating in the family room for those like us……
