“This is a very comfortable home on the water with amazing views. It was a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors. We enjoyed swimming and sunbathing as the weather was perfect. The couch is a bit dated but the beds were comfortable . Some of the pots and pans could/should be replaced . We had a difficult time navigating the Tv cable portion . Not sure if it was a bad connection or what. I did reach out to Illita, who was very responsive and offered to send someone out. But our schedules didn’t……

“The host is amazingly responsive to bookings, questions and issues. Further the host is incredibly understanding and beyond generous with provisions at the home. The home has updated appliances, the furniture is perfectly comfortable (including the bed) and everything is sparkling clean. That the home is on the waterfront provides a sense of serenity and peace that I’ve not found at most other rentals. Without reservation I highly recommend this experience and I will return again and again.”

“This little home was a perfect spot to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, close enough to enjoy the city, close to the airport, etc. Worked great for a small family, and we enjoyed not having shared walls with others. It was well stocked and furnished. And we slept like a dream. And would stay there again. ”

“We arrived at this property just before dark, hoping for a good night’s sleep before our early flight in the morning. Listing claimed that the property slept 8 people, and we stated on our reservation that we had 6 adults. Arrived to find a king bed and a queen bed and no other sleeping accommodations—no pull out sofa, no cots, nothing. Called host, thinking maybe they sent us to the wrong property, but he suggested the sofa could be used as a bed. I reminded him that we had 6 adults, and for……
