"Close to everything "

"The negatives: partial ocean view balcony is very small, you can’t sit down as it’s standing area only with no room for a chair. Either get a full ocean view with larger balcony or don’t get a view at all and save money. Parking is mandatory at $32 a night for SUVs, that’s ridiculous despite this economy. It’s nearly impossible to get free parking around the hotel. Pool is too close to building so after 1:00, the sun goes behind the building. Shower door does not close; it’s a partial door so the water makes a mess. Other than these issues, it’s a wonderful hotel with great staff, great food and very clean. "

"Very nice rooms. The A/C does not have an “always on” option and the temp was hard to keep cool. Expedia claims there’s complimentary beach umbrellas and chairs but this is false. Overall pretty nice stay. "

"Nice hotel and a bit pricey. Charged $75 pet fee and $18.95 (per day) to park so go ahead and add that to your bill. So one night cost $500 after pet fee and parking. I did get an awesome view of the beach though. The free breakfast is ok but you might want to skip the eggs - not good at all. The oatmeal, bagels and waffles are all good. Staff is very nice and has the usual weight room and bar and decent outdoor restauraunt."

"It is a nice condo. It is not on a high floor. And the balcony is on the side not directly on the rear of the building, but you can still see the ocean and pool. The balcony on the side of the building has a hidden advantage -- natural air conditioning. Whole foods is down the street. Just be careful driving, Floridians and I am sure alot of transplants do not seem to know how to drive. Both the beach and pool are beautiful. I was only there for two days so I couldnt take advantage of everything. However, I would/will come back again and rent this unit. The host has to have someone replace the internal toilet stopper. It runs a little bit and if you do not know how to "jiggle" the handle, water is being wasted. I know how to jiggle the handle -- you are welcome. Overall, great unit and location. Not sure how crowded the pool will get when it is really hot. If the pool is too crowded the beach is steps away. Just bring an umbrella and sunscreen. "
