"Roomy is an exaggeration, especially for a family 4. While the “extras” like solo cups and plastic takeout cutlery might be appreciated by some, the condo felt cluttered with owners personal belongings leaving little room for guests belongings like groceries. Might i suggest minimizing duplicates of kitchen supplies to decrease the clutter and allow space for guest belongings? The clutter and outdated features made the condo feel grimy (curtains for closet doors, plywood shelves in the closets and balled up dirty sheets tucked away in a basket in the closet) Dirty throw blankets, stained sheets and towels added to the uncleanliness of the condo. We did contact the owners about a broken items upon check in, but they seemed unfazed. I rewashed the sheets before we slept in the beds. Owner claims we left the condo very dirty. We did forget a baking sheet in the oven with quesadillas from dinner on our last night. Our mistake, as the children preferred to keep swimming rather than come inside for dinner and we forgot! Otherwise, we followed the misleading checkout process that was posted (there were 2 lists) We even contacted the owner for clarification, but they did not know the process. Proximity to the beach was fantastic, but this condo is not suited for a family. Might be better for seniors. "

"Very nice house with plenty of space. The private heated pool was amazing, we spent a lot of time poolside. Location to the beach is great. A short walk or a very short drive if you have a lot of things you’re taking to the beach with you. Check in/check out was an easy process and communication with the owner was quick and easy. "
