    Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this home offers a unique blend of privacy and accessibility, being just a half mile from the first of eight beautiful beach access points on the private island. Whether you are a family, or two families, friends, golf buddies, or attending an island wedding, this house is adored by all who stay!

    Guests enter through the Southern front porch into a spacious and inviting living area that radiates warmth and comfort, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. With a large Smart TV, new coastal furnishings, and a fireplace (aesthetic purpose), this open space flows to the kitchen area and dining area. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals, featuring modern appliances, a center island with four counter stools, and ample counter space. A standard coffee maker and a Keurig are available for guest use. The dining area features a large dining table that seats eight and expands into a sunroom with comfy seating and a bar area—ideal for mixing an evening cocktail. A backdrop of lush natural greenery is set against the northwest wall, as a wall of windows leads to the deck area. On the deck, guests will enjoy the comfy seating and propane grill, making dinner a breeze. A shiplap powder room is conveniently located off the living area.

    Each of the four bedrooms is amply sized and thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master suite with ensuite bath is located on the first floor off the living area. This room features a cozy king bed, smart TV, closet, dresser, and access to the back porch via a sliding door. The oversized bathroom offers guests double vanity sinks, a large Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

    Upstairs, a second master ensuite bedroom features a smart TV, queen bed, and a large bathroom with a tub/shower and vanity. Bedroom three features a queen bed, smart TV, dresser, ceiling fan, and closet. Bedroom four has two double beds, a nook area for reading, a dresser, a smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a closet. These bedrooms offer access to the full bath in the hallway that has a soaking tub and separate shower. All three of these beautiful bedrooms have access to the large upstairs deck that runs the length of the house and is furnished with chaise lounges and a bistro table. It makes a great spot to take in the morning sun, catch a glimpse of the island's incredible wildlife, or look up into the starry Lowcountry night sky. Tucked away off the upstairs hallway, guests will note a large washer and dryer. There is also a den area with a sofa, added seating, and a TV. Families love this second hangout spot in the house.

    Guests are invited to bring their well-behaved dogs (additional fee applies), with a limit of two dogs per stay.

    • POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.
    • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes.
    • LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts are allowed at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the 4 vehicle maximum limit.
    • CHILDREN: Children welcome.
    • PET POLICY: Dog friendly. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs permitted. An additional pet fee applies.
    • LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

    • ADDITIONAL INFO: Guest safety is always a priority. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

    • LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

    • WASHER & DRYER: A large washer and dryer are located tucked away off the upstairs hallway for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

    • COFFEE MAKERS: A Single Serve Keurig & Carafe Coffee Maker is on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe, or use your favorite Keurig K-cups.

    • AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 daily savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.

    • ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 4 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) count as a vehicle pass.

    • CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.

    • CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have.     • CLEANING: Our housekeeping teams are among the most detailed anywhere. Cleanliness is a hallmark of every stay. Our housekeeping teams are trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best detailed practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We are one of the only companies that washes the bedcoverings (comforters, bedspreads, quilts) after every single stay.

    • THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

    • IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

    • POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

    • PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Great Escape

Property was just as described. Beautiful, clean, plenty of room for our 8 adult-ish family members. The screened-in porch was WONDERFUL! The included amenity cards were a huge bonus. The island has changed from physical amenity cards to electronic amenity cards. Just save yourself a little part of an hour to get the cards downloaded onto your phones before you arrive. But super easy to use once they’re there! The beach is not far away at all. It was .9 miles away. Throughout our stay we walked, biked and drove there. Wonderful stay overall!
