“Very good place to stay.!”

“Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.”

“Very comfortable stay. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Convenient location for beaches and theme parks.”

“The instructions for checking in were poorly written and needed to be sent much sooner than they did. The floors were not clean and our feet got filthy walking on them. The place was very convenient for walking, but don't bring more than one vehicle, there is only one parking space available. We had to pay for offsite parking. You need to park in the loading zone in order to access the keys.”

“It was overall a good experience. It was located within 2-3 miles of every location we were visiting. Trader Joe’s is a few blocks away as well as several good restaurants. It was clean and had adequate kitchen and laundry needs. The coffee pot is drip in case someone wants to know about Keurig. There is a good blender for smoothies. The host communicated in a timely way. The parking was the only glitch. The assigned 2 spots are tight and require parking talent for a small suv. This seems to be……

“Confusing layout from parking to duplex. Signage would be helpful”

“The property was nice and true to the photos. Building is centrally located for the Long Beach area, plenty to walk too. The condo is a little worn and only having one parking space was a bit of a hassle. Street parking was tricky.”

“Best to plan on not checking in early as you really can't tell if its available until the last minute. The key fab for entrance and parking was difficult entrance.That being said the places was beautiful, big open, quiet and location great and clean and quiet.The full time tenants couldn't have been nicer.”
