Beautiful Views

My daughter wanted to stay somewhere we could see the ocean and this place delivered that view. Things that would've made the stay better, directions on how to operate the TV. I was also surprised that there were no staples in the kitchen. I guess I have gotten used to having salt, pepper, sugar and coffee already stocked. The trail down to the ocean was really neat, but if you aren't stable on your feet it isn't a good trail. On the plus the house is very close to a public beach that had easier access.

Trip to Newport, Oregon

A good place to stay for our group ages 6 to 74. Plenty of room and fun on the beach with kites and tide pools, but also lots to do in Newport and the area.

Big house for a family gathering

It’s hard to find a house that has five separate bedrooms. We have four adult children and ourselves to accommodate, so it was nice that everyone had their own space. All the rooms were very spacious. Great kitchen and large dining room to accommodate us all. Awesome view of the ocean.

Wonderful stay

This was a wonderful home with plenty of room to spread out. Fun little walking path for a short adventure down to the beach. Property managers communicated well and timely. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Trip

We had a lovely time at this property. The access to the beach was easy. The rooms were spacious. The host was helpful. This location is a nice upgrade to a beach trip with easy access to many local activities.

Wonderful beach property!

We held our cousins Christmas here this year and we’re very happy. This is a big house with room for multiple people. While you can tell this is a property loved by many, it was clean and orderly with good furniture. We would stay here again!

Nice & Cozy

This house was the perfect size, and had everything we needed for our family gathering at the coast! The house just needs some TLC, the dishwasher was leaking, the drain in the master was draining really slow, and one of the sofa beds was broke when we tried to use it. We did let the rental company know and it did not ruin our stay. The path down to the beach was more of a jaunt than we thought it would be from the photos. We really enjoyed our time though and would stay here again!

Nice Location

The home was large and fit our needs for space and bed size very well. It is a little dated and could use some TLC but overall satisfied all our needs and had a nice view of the ocean. Cleanliness could definitely be better. The check in was seamless and they gave us an early check in which was nice. We liked the house and the hot tub was great but for the price I think they need to do some upgrades and the cleaning company needs to be addressed.

Wonderful views

We went for my mother’s 50th birthday and had a wonderful time. The house is very large and spacious. The views are beautiful and we had a great time. The house does need some paint on some baseboards in the bathrooms but otherwise it is clean and very nice. We loved the space and are hoping to come back in a few years for my brother-in-laws 40th.

Perfect for family reunion

This house is well appointed with dining-ware, cooking items, towels etc. The hot tub is exceptional! The BBQ worked well, and the game room was well used. We loved the access to the beach, a journey to the beach everyday through a fern lined path. Lovely! We had 3 other houses on the beach and would meet all for a beach walk daily. Beautiful location to relax with Family

This property was beautiful and had wonderful views of the water. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen stove was dirty inside upon our arrival and the outdoor grill had no propane. We ran into a few bumps, but nothing major. Overall everything worked out for our stay.

Nice home and location

This house is roomy but is in need of a deep thorough cleaning. Furniture needs updating. Repair. Most of the screen doors don’t close and latch. More end tables in appropriate rooms and more seating in living room. Flooring is substandardly installed. Price is too high for what you get.

Family reconnect

Fantastic views and beautiful house! Plenty of room to spread out or come together for a meal at the large dinning table. My parents have limited mobility and chronic pain, so they weren't able to make the path to the beach or get comfortable on the couches. However everything else was sheer perfection. I would definitely book this house again!
