「we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

「Eccellent staff always helpful, room was always kept clean, we had to request more heat for the room and that was attended too. the buffet breakfast had a good choice of food although for the eater that did not take much it could be an expensive breakfast. Dinner in the Cruise restaurant was vey good but menu was the same every night. Waiting staff were always very helpful. On arrival the television was faulty but this was rectified the same day.
