阿比林西爾斯公園區酒店住宿推介

「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. 「For the price, I think complementary breakfast should be included. Embassy Suites does this and we love it.」

「I did not receive a refund of my deposit」

「Staff, Clean room, bar, walking distance to Wildcat stadium.」

「Enthusiastic and professional, very good experience.」

The door had clearly been broken as if someone was breaking into the locked bathroom door. The shower has areas of mildew in the caulking and the bar on the shower wall is loose. The water in the bathroom sink, toilet and shower was initially not clear, but after use, the yellow brownish color cleared up. The toilet is also not secured to...

「Unfortunately we had the fire alarm go off 3 times which was a result of a customer not complying with the rules. It was difficult for our daughter with health issues. It in no way reflected in the support and concern of the staff and excellent response of the Abilene fire department.」
