「The house was in a central location and was very cute. Overall, I would recommend staying here. The main bedroom was very nice with an attached bath. Some of the dishes were dirty, but I also would not expect the hosts to rewash every dish after every guest. The main reason I put good versus excellent is that the rooms were a little confusing. The one with two twin beds (one of them a trundle) was very, very small. The one with three twin beds (one of them supposedly a trundle) seemed like it...

「This is a brand new property, everything is clean and the design is lovely. Our only observations are that our room still smelled like new construction/paint. Obviously that's temporary. Our "premium" room was also directly on a street that had street parking and as a result was very noisy with cars coming and going. Others will have a different experience staying elsewhere in the hotel.」

「Owner was very responsive and accommodated an earlier check in which was appreciated. Check in was straight forward. House was clean and tidy, spacious with a garden that the kids enjoyed and comfy beds.Shower pressure was weak but overall we enjoyed the house and would recommend. Great location to enjoy the full range of the monterey Bay Area as well as local shops, although the house is well stocked with amenities 」
