Super cute and beautiful house
It was one of the most pretty places we’ve stayed in. It had everything you needed and then some. Close to everything, close drive to Astoria and cannon beach. The people in seaside were very friendly and a great area to visit . Very peaceful and quiet. We love to come to seaside yearly for our vacation with our grown kids and they love it here! Thanks to our host for making our stay relaxing, and peaceful ❤️

Great getaway
It had been 11 years since last on the Oregon Coast and it was high time to get back to it! The house suited our needs and served us well even though we didn't spend a lot of time inside. The owners were great to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. We'd stay again.

This home is beautiful inside and out! It has all the comforts of home but is close to the beach! It has comfortable furniture, beds, blankets, appliances, and seating outdoors. The extras for the beach and bikes just adds over the top! Truly a wonderful place to stay out of the Seaside bustle but close to everything.

Great trip
We flew in from WI and had a great stay! We had family drive up to meet us and we all ranted and raved about the property and value! The house is well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved taking the wagon and beach toys on the short walk to the beach. The area is quite and we loved the back yard. The property is fenced which was a great space for our kids to play as we transitioned between activities!

One of our favorite rentals in 15 years!
We loved staying here. My husband, myself, and our 3 grown kids (ages 17 to 23) really enjoyed this home and the location. Every single detail has been thought of, from basic toiletries and cleaning supplies to bicycles and extra bedding. We were worried about not having AC, but we didn't need it, it was perfect. Debbie was super responsive with helpful tips on restaurants, etc. The house itself is charming...we loved some of the preserved details in lights and knobs. The only issue we had was that the kids didn't love sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed...does any adult? But that's not a ding against the home...it's just preferences. Our teens were living their best 1980's lives biking to the beach and downtown shopping area nearly every day. We would definitely stay here again. My 17 year old would like to buy the home one day. :-) We didn't want to leave. Highly recommend.

Home away from home..
Our stay was great! This is in an awesome location, and the house was very welcoming. You’re a short walk to the beach for a nighttime bonfire, and an exercise away from the Seaside fun off the promenade. The house came equipped with everything from cooking a gourmet meal, to riding bikes. or just lounging in the backyard—it had it all! Can’t wait to come back :)

Sophisticated yet charming beach house
We always enjoy Seaside and this was our 7th home away from home. We could have easily made this beach home our permanent residence. It was perfectly decorated, bright, open and cheerful. Everything you need plus space to put the things we brought with us. Ideal outdoor spaces, from people watching in front to privacy and relaxation in back. Both locations perfect for a glass of wine! Peaceful location and neighborhood, easy to walk to two great beach locations as well as the promenade and lovely area for biking. We can’t wait to return!

Great stay and wonderful location
We rode bikes, ate some clam chowder at Mo's, walked the beach, made a fire at the beach, and utilized the bbq for a delicious dinner. This place is so organized, remodeled and beautiful. It's inspired us to upgrade our home in similar ways (this home and our home were built in similar years). It was a great place to stay! Don't forget to sign the book on the desk! You'll see what others wrote about this place and the vibes are great!

Best 4th of July location
Second year in a row at this great place for the 4th of July. The kitchen is so well stocked with every appliance and utensil. There are bikes and outdoor items for beach fun. Beach is walkable as is the town of Seaside. Nice and quiet, clean and organized. Owners are very receptive and friendly. We love this place.

Wonderful stay!

We had such a great stay and appreciated all the little touches to make our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking from home easier. Fantastic accommodations for family
Debbie's property was exactly as pictured, and I loved that she provided so much detail in the listing so we knew exactly what to expect. Debbie was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in was seamless. We had 2 little ones (under 6) with us and appreciated the extra touches for children (plastic cups and bowls, board games, beach toys and wagon, etc.). Location is also fantastic! It's on a quiet street but close enough to walk to the beach. The laundry machines are also modern and efficient. Tons of extra towels and blankets of all kinds at the house! We used the extra twin beds for our kids and they were very comfortable. The queen mattress was a little soft for our liking but that's personal preference. There were lots of crumbs under the sofa cushions that we vacuumed up (and ultimately did not use the sofa beds), but other than that the house was very clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Cute & Comfortable Beach Home
What a cute, comfortable property this is! We stayed here for a mother-daughter weekend, and loved the location. You can walk to the "prom" and stroll toward the shops and activities of Seaside. Nearby Osprey Cafe has a fabulous breakfast. We drove over to Canon Beach our first morning and caught the sunrise over Haystack Rock. It was a short 11 minute drive. Ecola State Park was another nearby favorite. As avid skiers, we loved visiting the nearby Outlet Mall and the Helly Hensen outlet! As for this rental, we have stayed in many other vacation homes over the years, but this one is in our top five in terms of extras added to make you feel comfortable. I loved having an outlet attached to the bedpost with USB plugs as well as AC. The shower had a cute nightlight. The bedside lamps had beautiful colored lightbulbs. We enjoyed the Keurig and the k-cups supplied with the rental as we got in late and didn't have time to pick up coffee. Our morning coffee was enjoyed sitting on the patio in the brisk October dawn with the fog beginning to lift. We turned on the patio lights and curled up with blankets! If you are considering this property, don't hesitate. It is perfect in every way. Thank you for such an enjoyable home away from home!

Great launchpad for seashore adventures
Great location, very clean house with kitchen that has everything one might need. Located away from busy streets but still in a walking distance from local dining spots and a short ride away there are many spots on the coast to keep one busy exploring throughout the vacation.

Amazing place, great attention to the little details. The crossaints OMG best we have ever had.
Great place to make memories and spend quality time with those that mean the most. Close enough to the beach yet far enough from any crowds. The best neighborhood market with an amazing selection of goodness. Also next to that a brick oven pizza stand that serves great pizza and conversation. Next to that is Billy Mac's the best hot sauce selection on the planet and mahi mahi tacos with deliscious tortillas.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have our own back yard. The kids and parents thought the bikes were extra fun and wanted to keep riding them. It was a short walk to the beach and an extra bonus... the weather was perfect. The owners are extremely helpful. We would love to stay longer next time.

Great home with lots of little extras and well equipped.
Owner was so friendly and quickly replied to any questions we had. We maxed the sleeping spaces out with 8. Two each on the queen beds and the rollaways and 2 sofas in the living room with 4 of our group. The bikes were fun. The back yard is a great space with lots of seating and a large bbq. Will most likely stay again unless there are more of use next time.

Me and my family was totally amazed about your home. It was so nice but inviting and homey. We loved that everything we needed was right there in the home. We was in walking distance from the Prom and the ocean. Also just miles down the road from Canyon Beach, and other surrounding areas. I am sorry I mistakenly took one of your forks. I can send it back through the mail, since we have discovered it. However, our family had a blast thank you very much for offering your home to us and we hope in the future we can be your guest again.

This property was perfect for our family group of 2 adults and 4 teens ages 15-19. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve ever seen in a rental. We also really appreciated the beach equipment: wagon, chairs, towels, shovel, even fire starters and s’mores sticks. Beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house was well thought out. Owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great house to rent for a trip to Seaside. Right by the golf course, so far enough away from the busy Seaside vibe but still close enough to everything the town has to offer. The owners are very hospitable & responsive to all communications. Check in was a breeze. Very clean. Stocked with cookware & spices so you can cook on site. Decorated beautifully. Cabinets full of games & movies for nights you choose to stay inside. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property!

Debbie's place was wonderful. The house is located right down the street from the beach and was an easy walk down the sidewalk. The house its self is incredibly nice and comfortable for my family. Cozy Updated Home, Walking distance to beach and local watering hole
I didn't know Seaside had a quiet low key side of town, but we found it! We had such a relaxing weekend staying at this home. Newly updated, bright and clean, it went beyond meeting our expectations. And OMG, I had the best nights sleep, the master bedroom mattress was so comfortable. Gotta get the info from Debbie on what brand it is so I get one of my own! Like sleeping on a cloud. A quick overnight stay
The house is beautifully kept and maintained. We weren’t there for very long but we were able to walk to the beach and there was plenty of room for 5 of us. We utilized the two foldout couches in the living room. The mattresses in the couches weren’t very comfortable but I noticed there were two more single cots in a closet with two foam toppers that we could have used instead. Overall it was a great stay!

Exactly as described. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. No need for a car unless exploring other towns along coast such as Cannon Beach or Manzanita. Everything in Seaside was accessible by foot or bike. We would certainly rent again. Excellent response from owner for any questions.

Lovely space for families
The property was well stocked and beautifully furnished. Lots of towels, which was great because I always seem to underestimate how many we need when going to the beach. And a nice washer and dryer which is fabulous for families with kiddos. The home was clean, organized, and welcoming. Within walking distance to the beach, wagon for use was full of beach chairs and sand buckets, and there were two bikes and helmets ready for cruising. It is located down on the south end of the promenade, so if your activities require you to be more central near the roundabout, be aware that it's a solid trek along the promenade. Maybe 15-20 minutes walking?? Though my 5yo handled it fine. All fixtures worked well, beds were quite soft, plenty of puzzles and board games, and the blue tooth speaker in the shower fan was a hoot for my 5yo. The TV was a bit tricky and while the instructions were simple enough, something was amiss for us. Easily solved after creating our own account though. Pro tip: the key pad for entry engages best if you take your whole palm and swipe up or down. Debbie was super prompt in her replies and warm and friendly. We had a hiccup in our stay that was of no fault of the owners but Debbie was considerate and generous regardless. Seaside is one of my favorite destinations for beach volleyball and it was great to get the kids in the sand, even in 60° weather.

Great beach vacation
Our family of eight stayed for a week. The house has a lot of little touches that make for a great time. The children loved riding around on the nice bicycles that were provided. The interior was comfortable with nice furnishings and ample supplies such as towels, blankets, movies, games, etc. We also liked the backyard with abundant seating and barbecue grill. You can easily walk to the popular cove portion of the Seaside Beach Beach and the tillamook trailhead. Would definitely stay again!
