「We were contacted by the property manager that the original house we rented had a plumbing issue so he quickly made arrangements for us to stay at a nicer home at the same price. The communication with the property manager was much appreciated and the home we stayed in was comfortable with everyone having their own bedrooms. It was a quiet neighborhood and a nice place to stay while visiting Monterey.」

「My husband and I loved our stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was great to have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig in the room. Communication from staff was great as well. We were happily surprised at what a cute little town this was. We visited Pelio winery and listened to live music, had a wonderful dinner at Rustica, and a great breakfast at Trailside Cafe the next morning, which was all walking distance from the hotel. 」

「Enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Brown Barn. Such a unique fun place to stay with our family with great amenities.The view and location are perfect and foosball and pool were great fun during our down time. Rich and his wife are excellent hosts and shared events in the community they thought we would be interested in. Highly recommend and already booked our stay here again for next year. Bella and Taylor, the cows, were great entertainment for our 18 year old.」

「Great house! Very clean. Large deck looking over the lush landscape and ocean beyond. Sunsets were quite calming. Kitchen is small compared to the rest of the house, which is grand. So if you’re looking to cook up a storm and have everyone hang out near you, this is not that design. We moved the furniture around so we made it work. Everything else is as described… met our purpose. 」
