1- Optimal Occupancy: While our studio can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably, it is optimized for the best experience with 2 occupants.
2- Access: Access to the unit requires climbing stairs.
3- Shared Space: Please note that there is another rental unit on the middle floor, which has its own entrance and is occupied by a separate group. We kindly request that you remain mindful of noise levels to ensure a comfortable environment for all occupants
4- Parking: Ample street parking is available for your convenience.
5- Den Ceiling Height: The den features a notably low ceiling, making it more conducive for individuals under 5’7” in height.
5- Construction: the bottom unit is currently under construction. For your safety and protection, please refrain from walking in that area.
