Rui is an amazing host and the unit is incredible for one or two travelers. Spacious, but compact. Quiet, but near enough to “the action” if you want it. Right on public transportation lines that make navigating the city from this little hideaway so easy. Nicely appointed with amenities and everything necessary to make a Seattle stay absolutely wonderful.

Host was immediately available and responsive. The cottage is as advertised: comfortable and beautiful: well-equipped kitchen, heated cement and tile floors, fab mattress, quiet, private, well located--walk for groceries, restaurants, across the street from Volunteer Park, Asian Art Museum. The best of most everything Seattle has to offer!

Nice little escape in the heart of capital hill

Property was very cute and cozy. It had everything we needed and was in a beautiful neighborhood with everything you’d need in a 30min walk. There’s a small car parking that’s best to back into from the alley way.
