Lower Suite: a classic suite in a quiet Seattle home, this suite is ideal for up to four travelers.

Suite II highlights a small outside covered deck, living space with large windows & a pulldown bed.

Suite II is one of three private suites in a stately tudor home. The home highlights classic decor, the interior decor flows with the tudor architecture. We've renovated this home with an updated use of unique & rich color pallets, arts & furnishing while maintaining its classic characteristics.

Fremont is often referred to and the "Center of the universe" where you will find the Original Lenin bronze statue, the Woodland Park Zoo to the north and a nice one mile walk to beautiful Green Lake...a great morning walk + a Starbucks.

A very comfortable combination of spaces. A great place to relax after the bustle of the city.The owner had fun decorating, selection of light fixtures and colors. The interior is a compliment to the integrity of the home’s architectural style.After a recent not so good Virbo experience, the home was a delight.

The apartment is spacious and is in a great neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beautiful Rose Garden in Woodlawn Park and to the shops and restaurants in Fremont. Several bus lines run within a few blocks. The owners are friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay.

Charming older home within walking distance of Woodland Park zoo. Very nicely decorated with beautiful woodwork and furnishings, the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and we appreciated the fans in lieu of air conditioning on the warm days. Nice laundry facilities on the lower floor. Appreciated the Wi-Fi and cable services provided as well. Ron is a great host and communication with him was excellent.

Charming space with adorable decorating. Pots and pans in cupboard were dirty,. Porch and patio furniture was dirty. Otherwise it was a good VRBO. Had everything you need.

The house is beautiful. Meticulously and comfortably decorated in Art Nouveau/Art Deco style. Large, sunny, breezy with an outdoor area. Communication was clear and so easy -- prompt responses, and when I asked about kitchen towels they appeared outside our door within 5 minutes! While close to major streets there wasn't really traffic noise. We're a pair of homebody adults, so the quiet hours request in the agreement was easy and didn't feel like anything out of our normal behavior. This is a grand old lady of a house who should be treated with gentleness and respect when staying, and it was a delight to reside here for a few days!

Its was lovely

It was exactly as listed, in a very nice neighborhood. I guess the only “downside” is because there are multiple units, there were quite hours. Which is fine! My friends and I are just not typically quiet people So that was a little difficultThe only issue really was whoever was in-charge of communication on behalf of the hosts, as they were out of town. We ran out of toilet paper and could not find any upstairs or in the laundry room, so we had to order our own. Again, not the hosts fault. Communication before the stay was always answered in a timely manner TLDR; really great and quiet neighborhood, and great for a relaxing and laid back group.

Lonely and comfortable

It is a nice property with good amenities. Historic home with nice decor.The location is very convenient to downtown.The drawbacks: several lighbulbs were out and we had to rewash all the pots and pans. The tongs were missing one side. Kichen trash can was missing a bag and there were none to be found. The cleaning crew doesn't seem to pay the attention they need to in the kitchen.Otherwise, it was great!

Fremont place

Lower House was charming, immaculate, great for two people. We had lots of fun hanging out kitchen was well appointed even with the French press coffee maker. Owner did an excellent job of restoring a 1925 home. Appreciated the two washers and dryers. The only thing we would have preferred is it was closer to Green Lake. it still was a nice neighborhood and we would definitely return

Very pleasant owners, very responsive. We had a little trouble with the laundry that was listed as available, but the owners were very responsive in reimbursing us for the cost of the hassle not having laundry on site until they are able to connect their new machines. Owners were having trouble with their cell phone so communication through the app was not possible, but they are on site so just walked next door to talk with them. Overall, very nice place.

Both stadiums are easily accessible, with two conveniently located gas stations offering late-night snacks. A 10 PM noise policy is in effect, a reasonable request for guests. Free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities are available. Overall, this location is ideal for couples or groups of friends.

Great Fremont gem

This was our first time booking with VRBO and we were very happy with our stay. My daughter and I were in Fremont visiting my other daughter and the property was a a short walk to her house. The property was beautiful inside and out and it was an easy walk to public transportation and downtown Fremont. The check in/out process was easy and the apartment had all of the essentials. Beautiful decorations and furniture. The prices were competitive with other properties and local hotels. One critique would be that the host was not responsive to my questions. I emailed several times with questions about address and check in procedure and never got a response.That aside, the overall experience was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again!

A Very Nice Visit

The owners characterize this unit as quiet and it certainly is. On the site, it is described as a suite. It is actually a small one bedroom unit. Check in was seamless. The kitchen was nicely appointed. The bedroom was comfortably large enough for two with an armoire closet. The bathroom shower is notably small. The owner followed up during our stay to check in with us. A market, good restaurants, the zoo and Green Lake park are all within walking distance. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
