We were in town for a concert at Benaroya hall. This rental was centrally located, with easy walking to restaurants and a grocery store. Also very close to public transit for a bus ride downtown. The unit was clean and tidy.

Awesome location in Capital Hill
The studio was perfect. We had a busy couple of days in Seattle, the studio was great to sleep, shower and go. Well located on bus routes, great restaurants and coffee shops near by.

We had a wonderful time at this little urban oasis. The accommodations is basically a casita/tiny house with bedroom loft. Kitchenette has a sink/microwave/mini fridge and hot plate to cook food, along with coffee/tea supplies. Lovely garden to sit outside and soak up some sun or watch the rain fall. Conveniently located but also a quiet neighborhood to relax and recharge. Not the best choice for those with mobility issues since the staircase to bedroom loft is unusual. Personally found it charming but people with balance/coordination problems may struggle.
