Modern Studio in the Heart of the City II

Light, bright, modern studio in the heart of the city. With Walk Score of 98 and all city attractions within reach, you will be surrounded by never ending choices of restaurants, shopping, activities and sightseeing. Although garage parking is available, we highly recommend city transit and light rail, which are within blocks. Enjoy this historic building with modern amenities and comforts.

Unit is furnished with one full size bed and queen size pull out sofa.

Belltown is a centrally located residential area of downtown Seattle. It is well known for it's multitude of dining options, proximity to tourist attractions and hip, modern feel. You will have everything at your fingertips--Pike Place Market, Waterfront, Space Needle, Safeco Field, CenturyLink Field, Amazon, Google and many other major employers. Lake Union and Eliot Bay are within blocks.

If you like cooking your own meals--our kitchen will delight you. It is well stocked with quality dishware and cookware. You will find all necessary utensils and gadgets. Everything we provided is great quality.

If you enjoy eating out--this is a foodie heaven! From Ethan Stowell's "Travolata" to Tom Douglas' "Dahlia Lounge", "Serious Pie" and "Lola." Not only famous chefs cook up a spectacular meal in Belltown. There are small Middle Eastern, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Moroccan and European places all over--just log into Yelp and have fun choosing!

You will have high speed fiber optic internet access, rooftop deck access, parking spot in the underground garage access.

We live in the city, so if you have any questions--please feel free to reach out to us. For your privacy, we will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out. Light rail to/from the airport is 7 blocks away (0.6 miles), city-wide transit runs on 2nd, 3rd and 4th Avenues with convenient connections everywhere. Walking is easy and enjoyable. Lyft and Uber are also an option.

For guest comfort, portable AC unit is provided during warm months of mid May-mid September. Please note, that even on the warmest day in Seattle opening a window and turning on floor fan will cool off the unit quickly. We live in a very mild climate, luckily, where AC is not common!

Seattle weekend getaway

Convenient location to walk to Pike Street Market, restaurants, and pier. We had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and pillows for a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and fabulous Studio

We spent 5 nights in this cute studio it is exactly as pictured and described. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, Space Needle, Pikes Market and the ferry. We would definitely return and Alex was very responsive to any questions. .

The apartment building and parking garage were easy to find. The unit was very neat and well cleaned. We enjoyed the location, within walking distance to restaurants, the aquarium, and Pike Place. The extra bedding for my daughter was not in the unit upon our arrival, but one message to the host and it was quickly delivered to us. We would stay here again.

Spotless, Well-Stocked Gem Steps from Seattle’s Cultural Core

Loved my Seattle stay — the place was spotless, stocked with every utensil and gadget you’d need to cook a full meal, and just a quick stroll from the Pike Place / waterfront / museums “greatest-hits” loop. The hosts answered messages almost instantly and were genuinely welcoming, which made the whole trip feel easy and friendly.

Overall, our stay was very good. The apartment was clean, in a great location, and mainly as advertised. However, we were unable to use the TV because someone logged out of the Smart TV. When we contacted the owner, he said he would fix it for the next guests instead of fixing it for us. Also, the lobby of the building had a peculiar, unpleasant smell.

Amazing Stay

Wonderful stay!! Location was amazing! Short walks to Pikes Place, Space Needle, Pioneer Square. Many shops, restaurants, and bars in walking distance. Condo was perfect for our 6 day stay. Stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook if you choose, washer and dryer, very comfortable bed and a private parking spot. Building along with garage is all secure access. Alex and Jose were very responsive to emails, check in was very easy. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Seattle. We will rent from Alex and Jose again

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay! Safe area of downtown Seattle. The VRBO was the perfect size for my husband and I. Having an assigned parking spot was a huge plus! Would stay again! Our code for the check in process wasn’t working but the hosts replied very quickly with a new code that worked!

Cute apartment with with all amenities. Very secure. Great location. Usual city noise, but overall pretty quiet. Garage clearance was low, so need low clearance vehicles to park in garage.

Walkable in Belltown

As advertised, very cute building and great chair - beds worked well for my two teens. Very walkable to major attractions- Pike Place, Seattle Centre, Paramount Theatre. Perfect for our stay. Easy transit to SEA and other areas of town. Being downtown there were quite a few homeless wandering but that’s city living …

The property did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. We'd never been to Seattle and were pleasantly surprised with not only the space, but the location. It was so close to most of the places we went to visit. I had a little difficulty checking in, but nothing unmanageable. The only problem we did have had to do with the parking. It was something out of our control and not something I would have thought to ask about or look into. If you plan on bringing your own vehicle or rental, be sure it is not larger than a compact suv because the clearance into the garage was barely high enough for the vehicle we had (Ford Expedition). It was also a little stressful trying to get out of there because the vehicle was too large. Thankfully we walked to most of the places we visited and found an overnight parking garage within walking distance. Great, great location and property. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, didn't have to go far. We would definitely stay again.

Getting into the building was difficult and we understand the HOA is working on it. Great location. Numerous restaurants and bars within easy walking. Studio is very clean and all amenities were great especially the coffee maker.

A Gem in the Emerald City

This was a perfect spot for our stay in Seattle. Easy walk from the LINK, secure building and well appointed. Well stocked with everything we needed. Easy walk to the Waterfront and Space Needle.Alex and Jose are excellent hosts!! Great communicators and quick to respond.We highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Clean, convenient location to pier 66. Cold filtered water, coffee/creamer and washing detergent in the unit were nice, appreciated additions! Would recommend and will stay again.
