Super responsive host and well supplied kitchen. Plenty of delicious coffee, which is a big plus for us. Great coffee shop and Italian restaurant that was a 5 min walk uphill. Lincoln Park (water front) was a 15 minute walk down hill. Very comfortable space and very quiet. You couldn't tell there was a family living upstairs. Private well lit entrance to the unit and there was plenty of on street parking. Perfect stay.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed 8 nights and will be booking here again! It was perfect for us! Located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood and it has a gorgeous view. The space itself was lovely and spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very kind and welcoming. Definitely a 10/10!

Loved the location

Really lovely basement unit with gorgeous views all the way to the Sound. Saw some truly amazing sunsets from the couch. Neat as a pin, very family friendly (kids dishes, cups, sheets, toys on request, etc.) and Regina is really responsive and helpful. Great baker too!

Absolutely perfect for us!

This VRBO is SO perfect for us: convenient, clean, modern, exceedingly well equipped, great view, private, in a fantastic neighborhood, and so very comfortable. The view of Puget Sound is great, along with the bunnies that graze in the backyard! Strongly recommended and would absolutely stay there again.

This place is in a quiet neighborhood and has a great view. Easy to get to a lot of place in Seattle from here. Close to the beach. Host very nice and helpful. Clean with a lot amenties. We enjoyed are stay.

Simple and modern

The little unit is very modern and private. It is good for a home base. We were visiting family so did not need much. We did not spend a lot of time there. Also I recommend you have a car. I imagine that the back yard is lovely for sitting out in the summer.

Seattle Stay

The place is a little smaller than anticipated (photos make the place seem really spacious), but it worked perfectly for our small family stay. With so much moisture in the air we always look for places without rugs or carpet so that we know the floors are clean for our kids. Mold and dust can really affect our son’s breathing so we were grateful for this clean rental. The only thing I might suggest is perhaps adding a small coat rack at the entrance, especially for those super rainy days when you come home wet coats and shoes.

Beautiful views, clean, comfortable

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were well-appointed, with especially comfortable linens, welcome snacks, and soaps. Communication was perfect—welcome messages and a check-in message made us feel well-cared for. We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is quiet and absolutely gorgeous. We took a stroll to a local coffee shop, and we enjoyed the residential feel. It was also close to everything we wanted to do in West Seattle and Seattle. Such a convenient location, with plentiful, safe street parking. The best part was the lovely backyard and incredible views of the water. We enjoyed sitting out on the Adirondack chairs to look out at the views. A gem, truly!

Clean and quiet studio

This is a lovely, clean, quiet studio in a nice West Seattle neighborhood. Great sunset view from the private back yard. Unit is new and well-appointed. The owner is good about communicating expectations and seems responsive. The unit had no decoration of any kind on the walls, which was a bit odd but not necessary, I guess, They should consider investing in black-out curtains or shades for the bedroom, though. Outdoor lights from the neighbors yard make the bedroom kind of light. Despite that we would stay here again.

After the hike

After five days of camping and hiking, this spot was the perfect place to meet up with a friend, regroup and explore Seattle. The view of Puget Sound and sunsets continued the beauty of the hiking days, but the bed and efficiency of the apartment made it oh so comfortable. It was wonderful to be able to use the washer and dryer for my clothes and minimize the need to pack more clothes. Regina communicated whenever we had a question and laid out what we needed to do before leaving. Zeke's Pizza delivered delicious pizza on our first and last night there. I highly recommend this location and place for a stay in Seattle.

Fabulous!

We stayed in West Seattle while visiting relatives. Lodging options are very limited in West seattle and this rental served as the perfect alternative to hotels, etc.. everything about this rental was perfect. From the easy check in process to the invaluable communication with the host, our stay was flawless. The unit is clean and incredibly well stocked and furnished. It truly has everything one would need for a stay of any length. Despite the fact that the rental is more of a mother-in-law, suite, residing below a home, the family truly kept noise from foot traffic to a minimum, and night time was perfectly quiet. The unit is very private and very safe and the bed was comfortable and the temperature perfect for a great nights sleep. All in all, we truly appreciated our stay, and we’re definitely considering re-booking with any future visits.
