Great Rooftop deck
The apt was very small for the price. The elevator was the worst in history and it was really hard to cook because there were no pots, cutting board etc. The ice machine was broken and so was the ice trays. The bed was really comfy but felt like you were in a coffin. The manager was wonderful to communicate with and the best part about the apt. I would not stay here again.

Fantastic location!!
We came to Seattle to celebrate our anniversary and attend a show at Cornish Playhouse. This place was walking distance to easily a dozen places to eat/drink. Plenty of entertainment nearby. The building was quiet, clean and felt safe. The full kitchen was stocked (including coffee!!!) and there was a grocery and drug store a block away. However, the AC and 3 fans provided were not adequate...if you are from somewhere hot and miserable you probably won't notice. Also, the whole area is 4 hour max parking, so be prepared to move your vehicle often (we didn't have any problem finding parking near by).

if you are looking for a centrally located apt in Seattle, consider this one
This apartment is surprisingly centrally located-- a few minutes' walk from the Space Needle and Chihuly Museum and Gardens and Pop Art museum; a few blocks from the lake, close to the business buildings of downtown. Checkin information is clear, efficient, and accurate. Apartment is clean and tidy with the communications capabilities you could generally expect. Grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, cafes, and other elements of a stay in an apartment are close by.

Great vacation spot
The condo is in a great location within walking distance of lots of Seattle attractions. Room looks just like the pictures, nice rooftop view of the needle, enough cooking supplies. Only slight downside was a neighbor complaining they could hear us ftom out on the balcony.

Great value if you’re not driving
Great place near the space needle. Having a laundry in unit was clutch since we packed light. Great views and very cozy. Not great if you have a rental car. But seattle is not very car friendly to begin with, so that’s not unexpected. Karen was responsive and easy to reach. Check in was seamless. The space was clean and well maintained.
