Great Location

We had an amazing weekend away and this was a great spot to stay. We were in close proximity to all of the Seattle activities we wanted to do! It was perfect! House was clean, check in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

A Neat Place Close to Downtown Seattle

A nice condo just out of the center of downtown. Super walkable and great to stay for a bit to explore the city. With the gated parking you can even leave your car here and not have any worries. The private washer/dryer was a great addition and this is a great find for anyone looking to spend some time in the city

Great location

Great location! We could really walk anywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean and fairly well stocked. The carpet really needs to be replaced. The building is not very sound proof and we found it very noisy - from the outside and from the hallway.

Clean and wonderful condo right in the heart of Belltown. This spot is centrally located to so much within walking distance! Comfy bed, great balcony, nice tub, loved the pool/hot tub and gym. All fantastic amenities for a downtown complex.

Great Location

This was a great condo. We loved the location which was walking distance to all the Seattle sightseeing sites. Belltown has lots of fun places to eat which was convenient. Our teenagers slept well in the pullout sofa. The condo is super secure and we were happy with the parking garage, even though the spaces are quite small. Overall, we had a great experience.

Serenity of Belltown Court

We were allowed early check in. No issues with the lock. Area is a bit noisy at night, but easily fixed with earplugs. We did have issues with missing items that were supposed to be in the rental, but our greeter brought them to us. Nice location if you want to stay in downtown Seattle. The bathroom sink and bathtub were slow to drain. Overall a great stay!

Plus: Great location. Parking space included. Good customer service when contacted to resolve expiring door code. Minus: Marginal cleaning and broken window shades. Required in-person check-in. They ask you to run the dishwasher however there is no dishwasher soap so please wash your dishes before you use them. There was also no laundry soap so we were unable to wash the bedding per request. The place is decently clean. It definitely could use a deep clean as we found used underwear. There are a few things that did not works such as a fan and the heat lamp in the bathroom. The view was nice!

Nice area, but some things were not up to par.

Two couples. Sofa bed in l.r. and separate bedroom. Very nice bathroom. Carpet was very dirty looking, maybe just stains. Couldn’t find bedding for sofa sleeper. It was in drawer under bed in bedroom. No one informed us. We had to hunt for it. Blinds in bedroom were broken and tied together. Blinds in living room didn’t open and close properly. Then the last night we couldn’t get into our unit. It took several phone calls to get it straightened out. We had a great time and it was a pretty nice condo, but needed a few touches to make it better.

This property was wonderful. The communication leading up to our stay was great and Valerie who checked us in did a great job explaining everything. The location is perfect as we don’t have to drive anywhere during our stay; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The property itself was very secure and have everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
