「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, and everything was spotless from the lobby to the rooms. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and well-maintained. One of my favorite parts was the pool area, it’s beautiful and such a relaxing spot to spend time. 「For a beachnut family who still needs quiet space with littles, this place was AMAZING! The kids themselves loved the rooms and decor. Our son really felt like he was a pirate himself. We even stayed an extra night in a different room and the process was a true breeze. The new loft, just as gorgeous 😍 」

「The room was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. Our hostess, Joellen, was friendly and courteous. She makes a mean waffle! Since we were the only guests that evening, we had a lovely conversation with her. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Galveston.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「For $161 per night you too can have a moldy room, one semi working elevator that's pretty sketchy and doesn't have any inspection certificates posted, homeless roaming the property, breakfast was mid, no housekeeping service unless requested, which I was unaware of. It wasn't until I got back to my room in the evening that I saw our room had not been serviced. And after reading some of the reviews it's a hit or miss if your room actually gets serviced. I went down to the front desk to ask why...

「The staff were professional and friendly. The interior and exterior walls were freshly painted and all was clean. We were advised prior to check in that the cable service was temporarily out due to renovation, but the internet was working, and I was able to stream seamlessly on my devices. I would stay there again if I was in the area.」
