“Pool closed down. Very small public beach nearby.Guests had to request chairs for the beach day ahead. Then not delivered. The Gym was not operable. Front desk staff were very indifferent. Very few guests due to the Season perhaps .However Staff and Management did nothing to make up for the physical plant difficencies Beautiful rooms but advertised balcony hot tubs not operating.Guests had to request their use in advance for the ones that did operate. Food at the "dining room" was……

“Amazing Resort ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed here with my friends and We had an amazing time at Turtle Beach Resort in Barbados! 🌴☀️ Huge shout-out to Kyle and Kendra at the front desk for their warm hospitality, Nicole for making delicious omelettes, and the ladies at the coffee shop for their friendly service. Much love to all the bartenders and servers who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. “Everyone from Ambassador John, Javon, Georgianna, TJ, Natalie, Jody, Robin, Paul, Carolann, Cale, and all the rest I couldn’t remember, this resort and it’s staff are the best of the best and made for an incredible stay. Ambassador John showed me around the beaches of the island and I got to meet his great friends, Cale took me to the airport at the end of the trip in his own vehicle when the taxi didn’t show up. Javon went to town on his own dime and bought a diver’s bouy and flag I paid him……

“Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location. Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our……
