Needed a quick getaway to east coast but had to have pets as well. Everything was clean, check in and communication was great. Very accommodating.

Good home in neighborhood. Our dog enjoyed the backyard. Easy to walk the dog to the park and other neighborhoods. Close to grocery stores.. A garage door opener would be helpful and an upgrade on the patio. Can drive to the city of Sebastian in 10 minutes. Check in was easy.

We were very happy here. We had an extended stay of 6 weeks and enjoyed our time here? This was our first escape from Maryland winter and our expectations were high. And met! This home was very clean, located in a quiet community, and the local property manager was personable and attentive. This property is minutes from restaurants, golf courses, grocery store (walking distance) and any convenience needed. We were no further than 10 minutes to the Wabasso Beach and less than 10 minutes to the Sebastian park, Riverview Park. Very convenient and relaxing. We had one recommendation. The family room sofa should be updated. Thank you Maria….. Dave & Phyllis

This is a clean property that is convenient to beach parks, Vero Beach, grocery stores and fun places to catch a beverage and food such as Mulligans and Blackfins at Captain Hiram's. Great backyard for grilling and home's open concept allows conversation to flow between kitchen and family room.

My closing on my property was delayed. I found this property to accommodate my family for almost 3 weeks. It had everything we needed and great backyard space for my kids to play. Close to grocery store and other things Sebastian has to offer. The host was gracious, super helpful, and always responded to questions. The house was clean and well stocked with all necessities during my delayed transition!

The house is perfectly appointed with extra towels, shampoo & cleaning supplies. We rent a lot and this was easily the best, with spices, trash bags, cleaning supplies…the works. It was so clean - everything felt brand new. The neighborhood was residential and had soccer games going and felt very safe. The back yard was a major plus for our kids. The Winn-Dixie was .5 miles away and super convenient. There were TVs in every room. Perfect for families. Will be back!

What a wonderful and welcoming vacation home! Beautifully done, very comfortable beds, ALL the amenities you could ask for and a hostess that is beyond gracious. Close to groceries, beach and walking distance to a great playground and ball fields. Our family had the best experience with this home. Thank you!
