We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here! Everything was new and top notch. The decor was coastal & very well designed! Walking distance to restaurants & right across from and with views of the Indian River. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed! Sebastian is a favorite area our ours & we would definitely stay at this “cozy condo in Sebastian!

Very Unique

This is the cutest place! Clean, furnished well, great kitchen and the most unique TV set up I've ever seen. The location is perfect - just across the street from the river and a 3-4 mile long walking/biking trail. The sunrise photo was taken from the front door of my room (H). I highly recommend this place and will stay there again should I return to Sebastian.

Wonderful Stay!

The condo is exquisite and just as described. If you like cozy and upscale quarters, you will be very happy here. The location is wonderful, as you are right across from the river and easily can go out to bars, restaurants and entertainment. There is a Tiki bar right across from the condo with live music, but they stop at a decent time for you to get a good nights rest. All the amenities in the condo are as described. We highly recommend this condo!

Perfect in every way!!!

This studio rental unit was clean, updated and perfect for my daughter, who was in town for a family reunion. The shared porch was a nice touch as we enjoyed happy hour there. The road is between the unit and the water, but you can see the beautiful intercoastal from the second story shared porch! There are also a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance, which is great. We would definitely rent this unit again!
