「My mom and I booked with Ewa and we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. We had a quiet and visually peaceful place to sleep at night with how sparsely populated this area is. Ewa was welcoming and prompt with responses to questions. The area is full of beautiful trails and beaches nearby and it's easy to access the main roads in Point Reyes from this VRBO (it was one of the main reasons we booked this location.) 「We loved this property, and can’t wait to return! The location is great for exploring Point Reyes, and the views are incredible. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could need. Very comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen, and the surrounding decks are a nice place to relax and enjoy the scenery. A lovely, quiet retreat in the trees!」

「Great space! The layout was open with lots of room to hang out. Well equipped kitchen and comfy sofa in great room. Bathroom was roomy and shower had rainfall feature. Property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back! Overall cleanliness was outstanding. We give 4 stars because trash was found in a nightstand drawer and bathroom floor; refrigerator had someone's drinks, goodies, and lunch left from previous stay.」

「This condo is a great location and up to date and very nicely appointed. Sits above Cochon Tasting Bar which was a great spot to enjoy a tasting. One block to the Sonoma Square which has lots of restaurants, shops and tasting venues. Hosts offered great recommendations and easy communication. We would definitely stay here again as perfect clean and cheery location.」

「Nice 1 bedroom with loft. Very comfortable for our family of 5 over the Christmas Holiday. Had all the equipment we needed. Very close to downtown Petaluma and right off the 101 Freeway. Two minor things keep this from being perfect 5. Parking lot is extremely dark and desperately needs some lighting, perhaps a flood light on a motion sensor. Loft bed is very squeaky, to the point that some of my family members had issues sleeping. Overall, a very cool place to stay and I highly recommend.」

「My husband and I spent 2 nights at this property. We were not looking for anything fancy, just a place to crash at night after a couple of full days of wineries and shopping. This property was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is located behind the main house but we didn't even see the family that was staying there. Lorene was easy to communicate with and shared lots of great information about the area which we really appreciated. Overall it was a great stay.」

「The Villa and location are absolutely stunning! The pictures are accurate, but do not do the property justice. It is a breath-taking view! Everything from the booking process to checking in was very easy. Randy was very polite, responsive, and accommodating with all of my questions and request.
