We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed the tranquility, but it's important to be aware of a few practical considerations.The location is right on the border between two countries, which affects both cell phone reception and connectivity—there was no WiFi during our entire stay, and unfortunately, this could not be resolved despite the owner's efforts. “The rooms were spacious, modern, and had everything we needed. Separate toilet and shower room is +++ Location is a bit out of the way between Nice and Monaco but every road in the area is breathtaking and Beaulieu-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive, has multiple restaurants, and is very cute. Fantastic getaway if you don't mind driving a bit. ”

“It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. ”

Grande disponibilità e tanta educazione da parte di tutte le persone che si sono alternate alla reception durante il mio soggiorno. “The comminication with Alessandra was geat, she was always responding fast and helpful. The apartment is located on the fourth floor in an older building without a lift which could be wuite a challange if you have a lot of luggage or a disability. The kitchen was equipped well with everything needed for decent cooking. The bath was also clean and the shower was nice. Unfortunately, some thing were quite old like the cooking plate or the washing machine, which was quite challenging to use. The……
