「We visited the area for a music concert at the Beaver Dam Amphitheater and found this location to be an ideal place to settle back after the concert. The owner of this 30 acre farm lives nearby but not too near by. We texted at times ( like when the TV weathermen were explaining maybe to seek shelter, which the owner graciously offered. 「We have family in Owensboro, and sometimes we need a little extra space when we visit from Bowling Green. This adorable house is in the perfect location and gives us the extra space needed for “spillover”…so much better than staying at a hotel. 「I booked the house in March for Memorial Day Weekend. Our wedding was held in Dawson Springs. Our adult kids stayed in the home and were very complimentary of the comfort from the living room, to the game room, and the spacious bedrooms. The home was very clean and the snacks were much appreciated upon their arrival. The house was great the host were great! Highly recommend this home!!」

「The house was very beautiful, very clean, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood near one of the main steets in Owensboro. It was very easy to access the grocery store, restaurants, and nearby highways. Also, the screened in porch was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and a night cap. The hosts were very hospitable and very responsive to my questions. Definitely would stay here again!」

「Every year me and a bunch of buddies meet up and enjoy a weekend of fishing and laughs. We have done this for about 7 years now and this place has become the best. The host are great and respond quickly, the property was very well furnished and clean. The fishing was great in the kayaks. We all had a great time and will for sure be returning in the future. 「As soon as we walked in my husband could smell cigarette smoke. When we got home any clothing we wore smelled of smoke also. It was listed as non smoking but there were rule breakers there sometime The house itself is nice and it was clean. Host provided just about anything you can think of.
