"The Artotel has a beautiful architecture. Rooms are sufficiënt with good big beds. Nice fews from the room on the higher floors. There is no alcohol served at this hotel."

"I liked everything very much about the hotel. The staff, the rooms, the food, and generally the impression. "

"Top of the line 5* resort with terrific grounds and all amenities. Loved the lounge, restaurant and pool. Did not have enough time to explore the surroundings, which look nice."

"Breakfast is the best. Not many restaurants around but there is room service. Hot water is not always on. Air conditions is not as cold in some rooms. Staff is very kind. "

"It’s a very unusual location for a hotel which is quite distant on a hill with shuttle service provided to local venues and restaurants. It’s not an ideal hotel for elderly or guests with mobility issues as the rooms are high and with long flight of stairs. There two swimming pools the largest quite far to get to and with no staff. The rooms are traditional Javanese Joglos which can be quite charming for photos but very dark inside as one cannot open the windows owing the heat from outside , so...

"We stayed at Kyu Arum for 10 days. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were quaint and the food was good. We would definitely come back to Kyu Arum."

"Local people are very warm n helpful. The hotel did not provide my package with breakfast but no worries, many local foods nearby along the road which is tasty n cheep.Since I can communicate in Bahasa indo we managed to travel most of the trip on local bus n tricycle which is a big saving. "Very convenient to have DAMRI bus service at hotel. Toilet facilities not that great but useable. Availability of hot water shower would be ideal "

"The location was good just accross the street of Artos Mall"

"Nice hotel and swimmingpool, but a bit old rooms and simple breakfast"

"Best location in the area, 20' away from the Setumbu Punthuk point of view (sunrise). Amazing view over the hills and a very nice infinity pool and terace. The only negative point was the work in progress but it's for the best : more tourists will bé able to enjoy of this beautiful hotel in the future."

"Fantastic resort. Excellent value. Lovely villas. Great pool. Most service oriented staff I have encountered in a lifetime of traveling."

"Very nice hotel!!:) Clean and comfortable😁✨"

"Staff was well trained, attentive and helpful in all areas. The property was well maintained. The villas were beautiful inside and out. The pool by the central or main building was not useful given close proximity to restaurant. The second pool was better placed. Overall, the location, staff, and property was as advertised. I highly recommend this hotel."

"La base perfecta en Borobudur. Tranquilo, bonito, con buena comida y bebida... y ademas con un anfitrión lleno de historias interesantes! Nos encantó el tour en bicicleta! Cuidado que las cosas han cambiado para acceder al templo y hay que sacar las entradas online con antelación!"
